<h3>Significato di marketing</h3>
<p>Il marketing è un termine derivante dalla parola inglese “market” (mercato), coniugato al gerundio per sottolinearne l’<strong>azione, </strong>ovvero l’<strong>intervento strategico </strong><b>dinamico</b> delle imprese sul mercato. Nel marketing tutto è <em>divenire</em>.</p>
<p>L’insieme delle <strong>strategie fluide</strong> che un’azienda mette in atto per la vendita di prodotti o servizi, allo scopo di ottenere maggiori profitti, aumentare la propria visibilità e la propria <strong>brand reputation</strong>, prende il nome di <strong>Dynamic Marketing</strong> (©Sikelia.com).</p>

<h3>Le tre categorie del marketing</h3>
<p>Gli studiosi di marketing sono soliti distinguere tre categorie del fenomeno:<br />
&#8211; il <strong>marketing analitico</strong>, che studia il mercato, la clientela, i competitors, i prodotti e l’azienda;<br />
&#8211; il <strong>marketing operativo</strong>, che progetta le azioni per raggiungere obiettivi di vendita o di visibilità sul mercato;<br />
&#8211; il <strong>marketing strategico</strong>, che analizza il cliente e lo considera un punto di partenza per la pianificazione delle attività, puntando sulla sua fidelizzazione.</p>

<h3>Alle origini del marketing</h3>
<p>La maggior parte degli studi relativi al marketing li dobbiamo all’economista americano <strong>Philip Kotler</strong>, oggi manager ottantaseienne, originariamente ispirato nelle sue riflessioni degli anni ’60 dall’economista italiano <strong>Giancarlo Pallavicini</strong>.</p>
<p>Il merito di Kotler è stato quello di spostare l’attenzione dell&#8217;impresa da se stessa al <strong>consumatore</strong>, ovvero dal prodotto al cliente (dal marketing 1.0 al marketing 2.0). Da qui l’importanza del marketing come serie di azioni utili a capire il mercato e i bisogni dei consumatori, per poi proporre un’offerta di prodotti o servizi adeguata alle aspettative o al target o ai <em>desiderata</em> dei clienti e potenziali clienti. Il prodotto, dunque, si arricchisce di <strong>valore</strong> e non costituisce solo un oggetto o un prezzo.</p>

<h3>Il futuro del marketing (è adesso)</h3>
<p>Negli ultimissimi anni si parla di <em><strong>progress marketing</strong></em>, come una componente del marketing che analizza i comportamenti dei consumatori anche alla luce dei nuovi strumenti di comunicazione digitale.<br />
Tramite il web e i social, infatti, si riesce a centrare l’ottimizzazione delle performance anche in corso d’opera, grazie alla comunicazione in <em>real time</em>, in tempo reale, e <em>one to one</em>, mirata al singolo cliente.</p>
<p>Per questo, lo stesso Kotler è arrivato alla definizione dell&#8217;attuale volto del marketing: il <strong>marketing 4.0</strong>.</p>
<p>Il <strong>Marketing 4.0</strong> è lo sviluppo del marketing umanistico di qualche anno fa (il 3.0): qui non si tratta solo di concentrare la propria attenzione sul cliente o di costruire azioni mirate su un target di clientela. Si tratta di curare oltremodo la propria presenza &#8220;social&#8221; sul web perché lo stesso cliente diventi <em>parte integrante</em> dell&#8217;azienda stessa: il consumatore parla a un altro consumatore e si fa il miglior promotore del prodotto/servizio di un&#8217;azienda.</p>
